Information entered into tools

Enter 2 Estimate generates results locally in your browser. Calculator values, customer names, job details, and review text are not sent to an Enter 2 Estimate database or stored by Enter 2 Estimate.

Authenticated workspace data

Founding pilot workspaces store the customers, estimates, follow-ups, activity, attachment metadata, and settings that an authenticated user chooses to add. Workspace records are stored in Supabase and scoped to the user's workspace. New workspaces start empty and do not copy records from the public demo.

Analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights to understand page traffic, tool completion, result-copy actions, next-step CTA clicks, anonymous usefulness feedback, pilot funnel steps, and site performance. Custom events do not include customer names, business names, review text, message content, application notes, or email addresses.

We may retain the referral source, campaign label, and first public page visited so we can understand which educational pages and free tools lead to pilot applications. This attribution does not include values entered into the free tools.

Account sign-in

Pro workspace access uses Google or passwordless email sign-in through Supabase Auth. Supabase receives the basic account information needed to identify you, such as your email address and, when supplied by Google, your profile name. Enter 2 Estimate does not request access to Gmail, Calendar, Contacts, Drive, or Google Business Profile.

Founding pilot suggestions

A signed-in founding pilot user may submit a suggestion with a category and the current workspace route. We store the text the user types, their user and workspace identifiers, and the submission time. We do not automatically capture page contents, customer details, estimate details, or notes.

Founding pilot applications

The pilot application form sends the details you enter to Enter 2 Estimate so we can review fit, follow up with you, and connect your application to a free founding-pilot account if you sign in with the same email address. Application notifications may be sent to the founder's email through a transactional email provider. Pilot applications do not include customer, estimate, or workspace records unless you type those details into the form yourself.

External services

Enter 2 Estimate is hosted by Vercel, which may process ordinary request and performance data needed to deliver the site. Supabase provides account authentication and workspace database storage. Google provides the selected identity. Each service handles information under its own terms and privacy policy.

Data collection changes

If optional email delivery, payments, or additional integrations are added, this policy will be updated before those features collect additional personal information.
