Terms of Service

1. Who may use the Service

The Service is offered for business and professional use. You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. If you use the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business, and "you" includes that business.

2. The Service

Enter 2 Estimate provides free browser tools (calculators and message generators), educational content, a founding-pilot application flow, and authenticated workspaces for tracking customers, estimates, follow-ups, and related workflow. Features may change, be limited by role or pilot status, or become unavailable without notice.

Results, templates, and drafts are informational aids for general business use. They are not financial, legal, accounting, tax, engineering, or other professional advice. You remain responsible for decisions you make using the Service.

3. Free tools

Free tools generate results in your browser. Calculator outputs are directional estimates based on values you provide. They do not predict or guarantee leads, close rates, jobs, revenue, or business performance. Message and review-reply generators create editable drafts only. You must review every message for accuracy, tone, consent, timing, local requirements, and fit with the actual customer situation before using or sending it. The free tools do not send emails, SMS, or review replies on your behalf.

4. Founding pilot

Submitting a founding-pilot application sends your application to Enter 2 Estimate for review and may allow you to create or connect a free pilot account with Google or passwordless email. Applying does not guarantee acceptance, start a paid subscription, or authorize a charge. Pilot scope, data handling for paid plans, and any future price will be confirmed separately before a paid product is offered. We may accept, decline, limit, or end pilot access at our discretion.

5. Accounts and workspace access

You must provide accurate account information and keep access to your email and devices secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. A new workspace starts empty and stores only records an authorized user chooses to add. Workspace message actions create drafts or activity records; they do not send customer messages. Notify us promptly at hello@enter2estimate.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

6. Your content and customer data

You retain ownership of content and data you submit to the Service, including customer names, contact details, job information, estimates, notes, and suggestions ("Your Content"). You grant Enter 2 Estimate a limited license to host, process, transmit, display, and back up Your Content solely as needed to operate and improve the Service, provide support, and comply with law.

You represent that you have all rights and permissions needed to submit Your Content, including personal information about your customers and team members, and that your use of the Service complies with applicable privacy, marketing, and communications laws (including consent requirements for emails, texts, and review replies you send). You are the controller of your customer data; we process it to provide the Service to you.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or deceptive purposes
• Upload malware, attempt unauthorized access, probe, scrape, or disrupt the Service
• Interfere with other users, reverse engineer the Service except where permitted by law, or misuse invitation, referral, or partner programs
• Store payment card numbers, government ID numbers, or other highly sensitive data the Service is not designed to hold
• Use generated messages to spam, harass, or contact people without a lawful basis
• Misrepresent your identity, business, or affiliation with Enter 2 Estimate

We may suspend or terminate access for violations or to protect the Service and users.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, branding, and content we provide (excluding Your Content), is owned by Enter 2 Estimate or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service as offered under these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from our materials except as allowed by the Service's normal features or with our prior written consent.

9. Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties such as Vercel (hosting and analytics), Supabase (auth and database), Google (optional identity), and Resend (transactional email). Your use of those services may also be subject to their terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control. Links to external sites are provided for convenience only.

10. Billing

Paid subscriptions are not currently active. Published Solo and Crew prices are planned pilot pricing only and do not authorize a charge. Before billing begins, we will present separate product terms and obtain any required consent. The founding pilot does not create a subscription or authorize a charge by itself.

11. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

12. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Enter 2 Estimate disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that results will meet your requirements or produce any particular business outcome.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Enter 2 Estimate and its owners, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms will not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months before the claim or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

14. Indemnification

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Enter 2 Estimate and its owners, officers, employees, and agents from and against claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to Your Content, your use of the Service, your communications with customers, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

15. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access immediately if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service or pilot program. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. Sections that by their nature should survive (including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law) will survive.

16. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date and may provide additional notice for material changes. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, stop using the Service.

17. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Enter 2 Estimate principally operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in that state will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, except that we may seek injunctive relief in any jurisdiction to protect our intellectual property or Service security. 18. General

These Terms are the entire agreement between you and Enter 2 Estimate regarding the Service and supersede prior agreements on the same subject. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. Notices may be sent to hello@enter2estimate.com.
